I sold this item more than a month ago. Shipped with Poste Crono International. The package was supposed to arrive on June 2, but today the buyer contacted me saying they still haven't received the item. Shipping from Italy to the USA.

If the buyer asks you for a refund, you’ll have to issue it.

You need to take postal delays for international shipments very seriously... and if possible avoid them, because they always cause problems... or else use faster, more expensive shipping methods.
