For the item that arrived damaged to the buyer, as can be verified from the photos they sent me, Packlink is rejecting my claim because I filed it on September 27 and NOT by September 26, which was the seventh day after delivery. The problem is that I only learned about the damage issue on September 22, when the buyer wrote to me on the eBay platform sending me photos of the damage. Then, by the time I prepared all the documentation (photos, PDF scans, Sworn Declaration, etc.), I ended up submitting the claim. And I paid over 30 euros, including insurance on the full value. What do you recommend? eBay replied telling me to keep insisting with Packlink because they didn’t warn me that I only had 7 calendar days from delivery to submit a claim, but I see it as a lost cause.
