I sold an item. It was delivered 10 days ago, but the buyer hasn’t confirmed receipt.
I sold an item that has been paid for. The payment is pending awaiting delivery.
The package was delivered 10 days ago, confirmed by a DELIVERY NOTICE email from the carrier, and also confirmed by email by the buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer has not yet officially confirmed the delivery on Ebay. I sent a message to the buyer via Ebay asking for clarification, but I have not yet received a response. What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoYou just need to wait, on eBay there’s no need for receipt confirmation from the buyer, there’s a set time for new or infrequent sellers as per the rules

Mentore1 year agoYou're a new seller... so the delivery is irrelevant... everything is written in the rules... which obviously aren't read!
The block is preventive and will last at least 15 days.
You have to have set the delivery status yourself, by entering correct tracking... the buyer can't possibly do it!
