Why did I win the auction but the payment procedure is not showing? The email notifying me that I had won the auction never arrived. I want to get the item I won. It's too easy to cancel an auction because the price doesn't satisfy the seller.

If the seller canceled your offer and didn’t even give you the chance to pay, it means they could do it (taking responsibility for it and accepting eBay’s warning, selling defect).
