I bought 4 Subbuteo teams, only 2 arrived, 4 teams were supposed to arrive. I wrote to eBay about
I bought 4 Subbuteo little teams including Sheffield United Southampthon Leeds Parma and 2 goalkeepers, 2 arrived and the other 2 didn't arrive. I wrote to eBay and they said dispute closed. Do I have to file a criminal complaint ????? HAS THIS SCAM HAPPENED TO ANYONE ?????

The correct thing to do was to open a return request for an item received that does not match the order (the 2 received do not correspond to the 4 ordered).
