I cannot get a response from the seller or Ebay. Ebay keeps telling me that my request for telephone
I have requested a call back from Ebay. They keep sending me a message to say that my call has not been answered. But they have not called me. There is no other way to contact them!!. The seller does not respond to my messages. What is wrong with this terrible service!

Ebay has procedures that can be used to request a refund.
