It’s completely pointless to do a good job on eBay using the affiliated packlink auctane eBay couriers (BRT, POSTE), shipping insured parcels with matching goods on time.
More and more parcels are not being delivered within the deadline even though shipping is accurate and punctual.
The courier shows up late on tracking and the buyer opens a refund request, to which eBay responds by first blocking and then taking the funds from the seller in full to give them to the buyer.
Not even the fees collected by eBay are returned, so the seller ends up with no goods, no proceeds, and on top of that the collection of the fees eBay applies both to the goods and to shipping (plus the promotional incentives that by now 40% of sellers pay to eBay).
At this point the seller who insured the goods can request a refund from packlink auctane, a Spanish company that brokers affiliated express couriers for eBay.
In fact, the company does not refund in 90% of cases, opposing a complex compensation procedure that is often subject to malfunctions deliberately created to discourage people.
Of course, it is possible to sue all the responsible companies together before the justice of the peace: auctane, the couriers, and eBay. Of these, only the couriers have an Italian office and an active certified email address; eBay Italia is in liquidation and the foreign office has no certified email address. All notices must therefore be served by ordinary summons, and the expected refund times exceed a year. Then you also have to attend the hearing, losing half a day. In the end they refund you and pay the justice of the peace claim, but the time lost is never compensated.
Of course you can use other shipping methods, paying more and therefore selling less.
THE BEST SOLUTION IS STILL TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
Or suffer the consequences.

Mentore8 months agoI dispute this statement of yours... when I was selling, I had a subscription with Poste Delivery Business and I had prices that were clearly lower than those offered by Packlink.
Just inform yourself.

OP8 months agoI deny this statement of yours... when you were selling, you say you had a subscription with Poste Delivery Business that you had found for yourself and for your conditions at prices clearly lower than those offered by Packlink.
Now that you no longer sell, for the average of current sellers that is not the case, in fact 68% use Auctane.
Just do your research.
