Foreign IBAN to receive payments

Hello, I wanted to start selling on eBay, I wanted to know if there was the possibility of putting in a foreign IBAN like those from Viabuy, Revolut etc.

in theory no... but in practice only support will know, try asking them:

The essential step is that it is in your name (and that the account is too) and that it is enabled for direct debits.

Also remember that with a private account you CANNOT sell new items in quantity... what you do is what the merchant does, so you should update your listings with your VAT number.
