Good evening, I won a Playstation ID 204559981686 order no. 14-10888-47368, delivery was expected for today, but I received nothing.

I had written to the seller 2 emails with no reply; today I’m sending him another email saying that I will open a dispute and after a bit he writes back saying that he did not receive any money and that he had picked everything up.

I hope you will be the ones to solve this problem.

I await your response and send my kind regards

You've run into an inexperienced, uninformed seller.

To back out completely, he had to cancel the transaction and refund you.

Tomorrow open a request for eBay intervention .... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7&po=1&uci=0&ri=0
