I sold a catalog that wasn’t for sale and now I have to refund the amount paid. How can I know if everything is in order? The orders received and paid for always have the product code, but it’s missing on this sale.
I kindly ask for a check before I make the return.
On my bookcloud the product has been shown as sold for quite a while; I wouldn’t want it to be a leftover from foreign sales that should have been discontinued.

OP1 year agoI keep updating with bookcloud continuously and it was cancelled but on ebay if they ordered it it means it was active, how come.
