An item was sent to me from England on May 23. Latest arrival date: June 6.
On May 23, an item was shipped to me from England. Final arrival date June 6. As of today, June 6, the item has NEVER arrived and eBay, rather sneakily, since the tracking doesn’t make it clear where the item is, has moved the receipt date to between June 14 and June 20.
The item was shipped with "This item will be shipped through eBay’s Global Shipping Program"
Is all this normal?
eBay is lightning fast when it comes to taking its fees and slow for everything else

Mentore2 years agoUnfortunately, it’s not eBay that delivers the item to you!
eBay can’t move the delivery date... because it’s not the one doing the delivery.
If the estimated delivery date shown in your order details expires today, tomorrow you can open a report:
https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=3&pos=1&query=Ottieni%20aiuto%20per%20un%20oggetto%20che%20non%20%C3%A8%20arrivato&intent=arrivato&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1135
Remember that a shipment from the United Kingdom goes through customs, so at most eBay can ask for more time to handle the report.
Kind regards.
