The item I bought doesn't seem original
Hello, last Monday I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 phone from eBay.
But after I looked more closely at the phone photos, I discovered that it is very likely a non-original phone.
So I contacted the seller to ask if he could provide me with proof that the phone is original, and I asked him not to ship the phone until he sends me the proof I asked for.
He replied that he would send me everything I wanted, but I had to wait. But after 2 days he hadn't sent me anything, so I asked him to cancel the auction.
But he told me that by Friday morning he would send me the proof.
But still nothing.. so I'm asking for your help. I would like to cancel the auction before the seller ships the phone ..

the seller has no obligation to cancel your order.
If they ship you the phone and you have valid proof of what you are claiming, you can request a return for a non-conforming item and everything will be at the seller’s expense.
