The customer doesn't want to pay me
If I’ve accepted an offer, printed the shipping label, and I don’t receive the payment, what do I do? I haven’t shipped yet. Customer purchase on January 2!

Mentore1 year agoYou should have waited for the payment before arranging the shipment!
Now, since you can't force anyone to pay, cancel the sale so you can get back the fees (you have to do it within 30 days of the sale) and request a refund for the label paid to Packlink.
