The courier didn’t come by

I contacted the seller of the shop where I bought an item to request a return. He agreed and after exchanging messages here on eBay he said he would arrange the pickup on March 15 between 3 and 6 pm.

The courier didn’t come by and the seller hasn’t replied to me since yesterday. What should I do?

If you don't have a return label and you haven't opened a return process on eBay, you handled everything directly with the seller, so ask him.
