The shipping cost is doubled for multiple purchases
Good evening,
as a seller, when a buyer purchases two items from the same listing, the shipping costs get doubled. I don't understand how to fix it, because these are items that I put in the same package with just one shipping label. There’s no need to make two.
I tried to see where the shipping rules are changed, but I don't understand what I need to modify.

OP6 months agoLike I said, I already looked into it but I don't know how to fix it. The steps mentioned in that guide aren't there.
Maybe they don't show up on the phone?
I can't find the box to tick for combined payments.

OP6 months agoIf I open that one, I get two options. And there’s no box "Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased."
Probably it’s me not seeing it, I don’t know.

Mentore6 months agoJust set add 0 euros for each additional item.
That way, adding more items doesn't change the shipping cost.
