Good evening, does anyone know how feedback score is calculated? In particular, when you receive a negative feedback as a seller? I’m asking because a few months ago a buyer left me a vaguely defamatory negative feedback without contacting me first. I reported the issue to support, and the user is currently no longer active (I don’t know if they were banned). My problem is this: my feedback score is progressively decreasing (it has gone from 98.9 to 98.4) even though I’m still receiving positive feedback, both because over these 12 months I’m making fewer transactions and because buyers are reciprocating less and less. I kindly ask the community whether feedback received as a buyer also counts toward the overall score (it should, but I’d like confirmation). It’s not particularly important, but it’s annoying to watch the score slowly drop. Thanks
