My account has been restricted for violating the Personal Information Rules
Good evening everyone, I need help: for several months I have been selling family subscription slots for Nintendo Switch Online on Ebay. Recently Ebay told me that my listing violated the rules regarding personal data, so it removed my listing from the shelves and restricted my account.
I can explain how this product works: the only information I need is the customer's email address, but NOT the password, then I click on Nintendo's website and Nintendo sends the customer an invitation. And I cannot access any customer's personal information and I did not need to and could not access the customer's account. This is not an act of selling account information.
The purpose of this product is to form a family of 8 people and get a lower average price than individual purchase. And I, as the organizer, earn a few euros per group.

I also remind customers that I will not contact them by email.
I have sold dozens of them in recent months with 100% positive reviews, during which there was 1 dispute and Ebay closed the dispute with me as the winner (this is one of the reasons why I don't think this Item violated the rules).
I would like to know, is this really my mistake? What should I do now?
I'm sorry my Italian isn't good enough, but I liked everything in Italy, including the Ebay experience (except this time)!
I have attached the official Nintendo guide。

Mentore2 years agoYou’re a private individual and you can’t sell that product... you can’t sell items in digital format... that’s the gist of the story.
Kind regards.
