I’m from Rome and my buyer from Trapani mistakenly selected local pickup instead of shipping at checkout. I have to ship without being able to enter the shipping confirmation code in the eBay order, with the obvious risk for me, while the buyer has received the QR code that they would have given me for local pickup but that they cannot send me before receiving the product for the necessary checks. What can be done in these cases to protect both seller and buyer?
