My purchase was shipped to another address, so it shows as delivered but not to me. The seller does not respond. Paid with PayPal, which asks for proof of contact from eBay to step in. What do I do?

If tracking shows that the courier has certified delivery to the address you provided to eBay, no one except the shipping company itself will be able to help you.
