My sale listing is not visible
Good morning.
I have a private account for a few days now, yesterday I put an item (used) up for sale in auction mode, as of today it’s practically as if this listing had never been published, no views, it doesn’t show up in search even with the exact title or a partial one, on eBay Europe and Italy you can’t even find it with the item number, in short, it’s a ghost. I contacted eBay support and they told me there are no restrictions and the listing is filled out correctly and it’s completely normal..... honestly, this doesn’t seem like a “normal” situation to me. If anyone has any answers about it, I’d be grateful.

Thanks for the reply and for taking a look at my profile.
I contacted eBay support and they told me there are no issues, I pointed out to them that the listing is not visible in any kind of search, with the title or part of it, or with the item number and not even as the seller, in short nothing......well, it seems to me that there are issues.

if you don't have any active listing, of course you won't find it...
Wait at least 24/48 hours and then contact support again.
