My order has remained "stuck" on the provided shipping code
Hello, I just want to know whether I was scammed or not. The seller sold the item I wanted, but it’s been about a week now and my order is still stuck on the message ''shipping code provided''.
My order was supposed to arrive two days ago, what do you do in cases like this? I even requested to receive the order.

have you checked the tracking directly on the courier's website?
