I placed the order on August 31 and the package was initially shipped within a reasonable time. However, the last tracking update dates back to September 3, where it appears to be stuck "in transit". Today is September 8 and since then there has been no further movement. Moreover, according to Poste Italiane the tracking code appears to be incorrect, even though I can see its movements (up to September 3) on the site.My main concern is not just the delay (which can happen), but the complete lack of information and the very poor assistance I received despite having brought the issue to Poste Italiane, the seller, and an eBay operator. In your opinion, what could have happened?
