Hello, around mid-March I ordered an item from a French seller, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to receive it because I wasn’t home at the time of delivery; the tracking says the package was being returned to the sender, so I contacted the seller to find out what I should do about the refund, but he didn’t know what to do in this case either. Now the package appears to have been returned to the sender, so I’d like to know what I need to do to get the refund. Thanks everyone.
