The package to return came back to me.
Hello, the shipment to China, unfortunately the package was returned, but at the post office they couldn't tell me the exact reason for what was wrong. They suggested that maybe it's the "lithium battery" sticker that's missing on the packaging; could you help me understand what's wrong? I now have to resend it again, so do I have to pay the shipping costs again?

Mentore1 year agoYou can find online the pictogram UN 3480 contains batteries lithium-ion to print and apply to the package.
Theoretically, it is a requirement that would apply to all shipments, including domestic ones.

Mentore1 year agoThe only person who could help you has already helped you... if they told you the sticker is missing, you’ll have to add it in the next shipment.
Obviously, you’ll have to cover the extra cost.
Have a nice day.
