Good evening everyone,I sold a grill pan and shipped it with Poste Italiane on December 12. The buyer did not receive the package and asked me for explanations, I gave him the shipping code with which he could see that the package was stuck in a sorting center, he asked eBay for and obtained a refund, and on top of that he gave me negative feedback.At this point I have: lost the item, lost the money from the sale, spent €10 on shipping, and also gotten a terrible review.What can be done in this case?I don't want to have a stain on my name because of a problem not caused by me.On top of the damage ... the insult.Thank you.Carla
