I have an item for sale and I get an offer that is 5€ below the selling price. I take no action and the offer expires on its own. The following week the same user makes an offer that is 4€ below the price I set, and this time the item is shown as sold and I’m supposed to ship it. The only options eBay gives me to cancel the order are 3: say that the item is out of stock/broken, that there are problems with the address, and another option that doesn’t apply to my case. I should ship by tomorrow. how do I cancel everything?
