I haven't received the refund, what should I do?
good morning, I submitted a refund request and I haven't received anything yet, today it's been 5 days, what should I do?

simply making the request does not mean the refund will arrive automatically.
If you have also received confirmation from eBay that the refund has been issued, then you simply need to wait for eBay's technical processing times (usually 2 days) plus those of the company that issued your card, from 3 to 30 days.
Also remember that you will find the refund exactly on the same method you used to make the payment.
