I bought a collectible item on ebay. The seller did not deliver it by the date indicated. I wait another 20 days but nothing. I contact the seller to find out why my item hasn't arrived. He doesn't even bother to reply. I open a dispute that I win (according to ebay). I am told that within 3 business days I will receive a refund of almost 45 euros but... nothing. Ebay doesn't send me the money and there isn't an address or a phone number for customer support to contact. Am I the only one this has happened to?!?!
