Replacement TV missing accessories

I was sent a replacement for a malfunctioning refurbished TV. When I returned it, I included all the components of the faulty TV as requested by the seller. Once the replacement TV arrived, I discovered that they had not sent me the metal base and the plastic connector to attach it to the chassis. I immediately informed the seller, telling them that if they had warned me, I would not have returned the base. The seller, always very polite, told me that the missing part would arrive, it was July 3rd, today is the 9th and they still haven't sent me any tracking or shipped anything. After contacting the seller again, still very polite, they told me that they would immediately forward the request to the relevant department. But still nothing... What can I do?

It's always better to ask for a refund rather than accept a replacement.
