Poste Italiane's tracking says "delivered," but I haven't received anything!

I bought a tennis racket from France, Poste Italiane’s site says it was delivered, but I haven’t received anything! What can I do?

First of all, contact the seller and ask him to kindly send you a copy of his shipping receipt.

Check the code and address:

If there is any error, you can ask for a refund,
If instead the address and code are correct, a courier has certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address. So contact SDA's local branch and ask for explanations about who made the delivery and where.
