Hello,
to be completely honest, things worked better with eBay in 2020.
We are a pharmaceutical company authorized by the Ministry of Health to sell online; for two months now I've been having these issues only with eBay and honestly it's become burdensome to work with it. I am a serious seller on eBay, where we always give our best, and with every new product listing (the products are automatically uploaded from the site to eBay) compliant with the sale of over-the-counter medicines with the Farmadati filter (the SOP and OTC medicines database, also always authorized by the MDS) plus the Heron pharmacy management software, so it is 110% sellable, the only one saying the products are not sellable is eBay, and it hides my store for 10/20/30 days. Now it's been more than a month. You call support asking for help with the situation, asking if they could send me a list of the medicines you don't accept. Of course, the answer is that everything is automatic and there's nothing they can do about it, and excuse me, how am I supposed to know what I can or can't sell, since I upload ten items and you ban one of them, hiding my store for a week? No solution whatsoever on the matter. The other 12 platforms, between comparison sites and other marketplaces (I won't name names out of respect), accept all the products.
Okay, eBay has its own rules if you want to sell, fine, don't accept pharmacies whose core business is medicines, or update the database of sellable products, or provide a list of the codes you don't accept.
Has anyone found themselves in my same situation?

Mentore3 years agoHello,
have you read eBay's rules on medicines before putting them up for sale?
