SUBJECT : COMPLAINT and OBJECTION TO THE RESTRICTION APPLIED BY EBAY :
This is to let you know once again ( noting that for over 5 years ebay has approved and published our listings, relating to the products we have put up for sale ) .
It has become apparent for about 3 years that it is impossible to operate with ebay as sellers , as you systematically suspend our account for ten days , because you believe that one
of our products is prohibited for sale , but with a planned discriminatory and racist design , at the end of the ten days , you apply a new suspension of our account ,
all this is repeated by ebay at the end of every 10 days of restriction , even though our products have been approved and published by ebay .
That said , referring to today's latest suspension , we would like to point out that the product you consider "dangerous" : " Sodium Azide - cas 26628-22-8 " of supplement and protein grade
(raw base material , in solid form) IS NOT classified as a dangerous or prohibited product intended for free sale , under the rules governing the control of trade in drug precursors and prohibited substances between the European Union and Third Countries - as regulated by Regulation (EC) 111/2006 attached to this email .
With this in mind , we request the immediate reinstatement of our listing and all our other products , removing any restriction ; if we receive nothing in this regard , we request the deletion of our account ,
without prejudice to any other rights we may have under law and in the circumstances .
* evidently the person who made this decision and who considered the product in question to be prohibited for sale must be a person with the ignorance of a wild person coming from the jungle , appointed to decide on behalf of ebay.

All you had to do was read eBay'say hazardous materials policy to see that, among the items whose sale is prohibited on the site, there is Sodium Azide (NaN3 Sodium Azide CAS 26628-22-8).
