It depends on what the courier certifies. If a package, with the code you entered in the system, shows as delivered to the address eBay gave you, you shouldn’t have any problems.

Here it gets more complicated. eBay (like any other platform) can’t check who is telling the truth, and you’ll be forced to refund.

There are, and they can be useful in the event the package is lost, but they rarely pay out in case of damage. They always blame insufficient packaging and ask for purchase receipts in order to prove the value of the goods.
