The seller cancels the sale
Good morning,
I bought a philatelic item from a professional seller, but after the sale was completed, he cancelled the order. I contacted him and he told me that the item was not his but belonged to someone who had changed their mind about the sale and decided to keep it. I pointed out that the change of heart was probably due to the unsatisfactory result obtained at auction and that, in my opinion, it was improper procedure and that, moreover, he should have cancelled the sale during the auction, not after it closed.
Is there any action that can be taken against this seller? Can I at least give him negative feedback somehow?
Thank you. Best regards,
Stefano
