The seller says the package shows as delivered, but I haven't received anything

I see I'm not the only one who got screwed over. The package didn't arrive, the seller says it was delivered and eBay closes the dispute without even hearing my side. Other e-commerce sites at least replied to me. I'm done with eBay, terrible service

eBay only closes the dispute in favor of the seller if the courier has certified that the package was delivered to the address you registered on your account.
