The seller says the address is not valid
Good morning, I made a purchase on eBay in the United States. Then I was contacted by the seller, who said that eBay's shipping service doesn't allow him to create the label because shipping is not available to the registered address. But what does that mean? I've bought many things on eBay and I've never had this problem. Has this ever happened to anyone? I don't know what to do

Mentore1 year agoSince shipping is handled by eBay, it’s hard to imagine it’s an address issue (unless you live on a remote island); maybe it depends on what you bought. Have you checked whether it can be imported into Italy?
