I needed the clips buttons for the Fiat Punto 2015 floor mats, I found a floor mat online with fastening buttons apparently compatible with my car... the seller was always unclear, in the end I decided and made the payment, these buttons are practically impossible to find, meanwhile I was advised that the product I bought but had not yet been shipped was not compatible... so I tried to contact the seller again, who did not even bother to reply... I tried to cancel the order but it wasn't possible, so I sent another message to the seller pointing out that I wanted a refund since the product had not yet been shipped, but nothing, no reply.. how should I behave and what is the right thing to do???
