the seller sent an item different from the listing, I asked for a return but they didn't send me the return label, I don't think it's fair to have to pay the shipping for the return myself, I followed eBay's procedure ,
- Find the item in the Purchases section.
- Select See return details.
- Select Ask eBay to step in.
- Choose a reason from the drop-down menu and select Confirm.
I can't find number 3 "ask eBay to step in"

Mentore1 year agoIf you used eBay's return procedure and chose the correct reason (received item different from the listing), the return is at the seller's expense.
