The seller accepted my offer then I canceled the order and I can no longer pay for the item
Hello, I'll get straight to the point: the seller accepted offers, I made one and he accepted it. Now I just had to pay, but I realized it wouldn't arrive on time because it was supposed to be a gift, so I canceled the order and eBay sent my request to the seller, who will have to respond within 3 days. Then I changed my mind and wanted to buy it anyway to give it as a Christmas present, but it won't let me buy the item anymore, telling me that the item is no longer available. How can I solve the problem? I also wrote to the seller, but unfortunately it was very late. Anyway, the seller is based in Poland but ships throughout Europe except Russia and Ukraine. Any advice besides contacting both eBay and the seller tomorrow morning? Thanks to anyone who replies.

So the order had been cancelled by the seller, but I still had to receive the notification from ebay, which is why I couldn’t buy the item anymore; once the listing was put back up I made him the same offer and he accepted, so I went ahead and paid and in a few days it will arrive too, thanks again for your replies, I wish you a good day, Bruno.

if the seller had only one item and it was sold through the listing, your offer obviously expires, indicating that the item is no longer available...

Mentore1 year agoOnly the seller could decide whether to cancel the order or not, and they're the only one who could still help you, if they want to.
