The seller gave me the tracking code but didn’t hand the package over to the courier.. help please, and he won’t answer. He says the package is on its way and that GLS had a sorting problem, but I called and there’s nothing of the sort…

Mentore1 year agoGLS has big problems these days.
The code is generated when the shipping label is purchased, so before the parcel is actually handed over to the courier.
