the seller shipped a product different from the description and does not accept returns
The seller shipped an item different from the one expected and the clarification photos or anything else were useless because he accused me of trying to scam him and ordered me not to contact him again.
Paypal won't issue a refund because they want me to send the goods back at my own expense
How can I report this dishonest seller in order to prevent other people from being scammed by him?

Mentore1 year agoYou should have opened a return request on eBay... the return shipping would have been at the seller's expense...... and, in the case of an item different from the one in the listing (non-conforming item), the seller would not have been able to refuse the return.
