The seller agreed to refund me for the item that got damaged during shipping
Hello.
The seller agreed a refund for the item that was damaged during shipping.
He tells me that since the item is ruined, he doesn’t care if it gets sent back. How can I open this request without restriction? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoYou still need to submit the return request for a non-conforming item; then the seller will have to accept it and refund you (without sending you the prepaid return label).
