The seller sent me an item that does not match the description
Hello. The seller had listed an item, a DVD, for sale. I bought it. But instead of sending me a DVD, a DivX for PC arrived. I contacted him and the only thing he told me was about the return. And to make matters worse, I live in a flooded little town and the post office is closed. I contacted him again, even though I told him that his is a scam for having sold me an item not matching the description, to ask for a refund. For four days now he seems to have disappeared into thin air. What should I do? Thanks
