Good morning, first I want to say that I have all the chat screenshots.Good morning everyone, I saw an auction by a German seller for a non-working CD player; in the listing it said to ask about shipping to Italy, so I did.The seller wrote to me that he can ship with DHL for €20 and didn’t add anything else to the conversation. I made an offer, won it, and asked for the total to pay with Paypal (in the payment methods there’s only Paypal and credit card). To my surprise, he suggested an off-eBay payment with an international bank transfer.Obviously I don’t accept because even if it doesn’t work I need to be protected and I don’t want to do anything illegal.I wrote asking him to change the shipping, but he told me he can’t. I’d also like to add that both he and I have 100% feedback, but he isn’t პასუხing to my messages. I also asked him to cancel my purchase and redo the sale by sending me an offer with international shipping. I’m trying to sort it out amicably, but he hasn’t replied since yesterday.
