The seller is not responsible for the courier's failed delivery
If the courier has an accident and doesn't deliver, if a natural disaster makes delivery impossible, if the buyer recipient can't be found at delivery, if if if if.... the Buyer had better accept it. When the Seller (I assume basic honesty and seriousness) states and proves that they shipped, the courier remains the only one responsible for the failed delivery. Ebay's policy is not fair and needs to be changed, because it is not right for the Seller to have their funds blocked because of third parties.

Mentore2 years agoIt may be unfair, but this is the rule (which you accepted in order to sell).
Therefore if you sell on eBay, you are responsible for the goods until they reach the buyer's hands.
