Good morning everyone, on Saturday I ordered a vintage clothing Box, paid with PayPal, within 2 business days I was supposed to receive the shipping code from the post office, as written by the seller, but I still haven't received anything and the seller isn't responding to messages, do I have to wait for the expected delivery time to expire before asking for a refund or can I cancel it early?
