They sent me a remote control that is not the one I ordered; the description and the photo were of another model, the one I needed, the same as mine that broke, but instead another model arrived without the functions I need and even without some function buttons, they’re completely missing, nothing to do with what the seller described... now, the same seller, besides replying rudely and then not replying at all, accepted the return but won’t send the label and won’t give me the refund or any other details so I can do it, so even with the request assistance option, “ask eBay to step in” doesn’t come up; having deliberately started the return process, he blocked that too and then disappeared, so on eBay the return is shown as in progress and there are no other items in the menu like help. I need to contact eBay, but will I get the refund??
