The seller isn't responding to me
Good morning,
I made a purchase offer and after various counteroffers, the seller and I reached an agreement. Now I should pay, but I need the shipping; since I’m unable to pick up the package in person because it’s in Umbria and I’m in the province of Rome, the seller isn’t responding to me. How can I solve the issue? I can’t pay knowing that the seller might not ship 🥲

if the listing says local pickup only, the seller will never ship... didn't you notice that before making the offer?
Now politely ask them to cancel it and see if they can recreate the listing with the additional shipping costs.
