The seller does not honor the warranty
Hello. On December 31 I bought a specific branded collar precisely to have greater assurance. The description says up to 25 kg with a 24-month warranty. My dog weighs 23. After just 2 and a half months, this morning it broke and when I told the seller, he replied that he can't do anything about it! Are we kidding? What can I do now. Thanks
