the seller does not honor the warranty
I bought a Fafrees e-bike from daywolf and after about 300 km, around 3 months, the motor already doesn’t work anymore, it’s blown, and they don’t want to replace it or repair it. They’ve been taking me for a ride for 4 months, always asking for videos, proof.. I sent all the proof that the bike doesn’t work but they keep asking for videos.. I should mention that it’s under warranty, isn’t there a way to get eBay to step in when a seller doesn’t honor the warranty? can’t a dispute be opened about this?

Mentore2 years agoThe seller is Chinese, so there is no warranty whatsoever.
